These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Nova Infinity CRM (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not upload content that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes will not affect the current billing cycle you have already paid for.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the data and content you add to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.

5. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova Infinity CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
